RULES OF THE SPACE
Use of our Services & Space
As a member of Coral, you agree that you are not an employee of Coral or it’s parent company Juno College. Please be aware that you do not have the right or permission to “live” in the space and do not have any residential tenant rights.
General Member Etiquette & Community Building
While one of the purposes of Coral is to create connections and social interaction, it is also a place where our members come to get serious work done. Please be mindful not to frequently interrupt others or over-engage in social chatting in the work areas (Firebrick and Tomato); take your conversations to the kitchen instead and enjoy a coffee or tea while you catch up with your fellow members.
We encourage you to introduce yourself to other members and to interact with one another in the space if you are comfortable doing so, while also being mindful of folks who may be more introverted, deeply focused on work and/or have limited capacity to connect on a given day. Please ensure that your interactions feel consensual and that you are mindful of those around you when engaging in conversations.
Scent-Free Space
To be inclusive of all members, we operate a scent-free space. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes on days that you are coming into Coral.
Pets
We love them but not everyone does so in an effort to be the most inclusive, Coral is a pet-free environment (with the exception of Service Animals).
Internet Access
Coral makes every effort to provide fast and reliable internet access. Due to forces outside our control, it is possible we may experience outages from time to time. We do not provide refunds or compensate members for internet downtime.
Internet Activities
Be responsible and respectful with your internet usage. No bit-torrent or illegal online activities are permitted by members or their guests over Coral’s internet connection. Ensure that anything that can be seen by others on your screen would not be considered disrespectful, offensive or harmful at any time.
